Time spent in nature can make us feel better.  We often feel more at ease or settled in woods, among trees, listening to birds, being with animals, feeling the wind on our skin, the rain or sun on our face.

By being in nature, with other species we remember that we are inextricably interconnected with the natural world and dependent on it.  We are not separate.  Yet sometimes we forget this, causing a rift deep in our being.  We have a reciprocal relationship with the other-than-human world and attending to this relationship is profoundly healing to ourselves, to other species and to the earth we call our home.

I offer individual and group reflective practices, which help deepen our connection with ourselves, the earth and the mysteries of life.
